[Question #76852]: Intel X3100 don't launch the 3D games or compiz

Notebook HP G7063ER with Intel® Pentium® T2390 , Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100
I cannot start 3D games and compiz. For example
Commands:
~$ lspci -nn|grep -i vga

:~$ compiz
