[Question #76859]: Multi boot system will not load...
New question #76859 on Ubuntu:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/76859
I have 3 hard drives. One is Ubuntu 8.10, another is XP and the third is Vista. I think one is an IDE and the other 2 are SATA. Ubuntu boots but has some problems(text mentions something about no resume image) for which I just type 'exit' and then it boots fine.
XP and Vista bitch and moan and will not start...just run the logo screen forever....and .....ever...
Motherboard is a Gigabyte GAK8NF9 AMD board and I have a PCIE video card that is nvidia based.
I am guessing somehow the master bood record is messed up? How do I get this so I can load any of the 3 OS from the GRUB menu without destroying my existing data?
Thanks!
Matt
