Hi Johan thanks for your reply , I have installed adobe flash 10 no improvment, I am begining to think my computer  is to old I had it when I was 60 I am now 74 ; my graphics card is intergrated with low memory. I have a free pci slot maybe a dedecaited card could be fitted
