Open a Terminal from the menu Applications → Accessories → Terminal and
type:

sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install virtualbox-ose
sudo aptitude install virtualbox-ose-guest-utils

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you
type it, then press enter.
