It probably doesn't matter ... but I'm using Jaunty Jackalope 9.04+++ as
a fully installed OS on my HDD & I keep it updated daily.  I'm sure it's
obvious that this happens when I boot the computer.

I intermittently use a USB zip drive for transferring data.
