psweeney is still having a problem:
Thank you for you help but I am still having trouble getting the DVD's
to play.  I followed your posting to a T and I am getting the same error
messages. Is their a way to uninstall the players and start fresh
maybe?  This is driving me crazy not being able to figure it out.
