The sda3 is effectively the doorway into openSUSE, we really don't want to mess around with that.  It would be good to fix it and i think only the openSUSE forums can really help you with that.  OpenSUSE doesn't work on my slightly odd hardware so i really don't know what to advise for trying to get that working.
