Ok you repos seems fine.

Please reinstall Firefox from a terminal type:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get --purge --reinstall install firefox-3.5

then try... Firefox

If this doesn't solve, please copy and paste the result of this terminal
command here...

apt-cache policy firefox-3.5
