This is the same question as Question https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/68468 . But that question is expired.
some times the wireless disappears and other times it comes back but it does not connect to my companies wireless network which is hidden with a pass phrase. you can see the wireless in the network manager but it will not connect to it. xubuntu 8.10 had no problem and i have to go back to XP since i was not keen on reinstalling 8.10 back. hope some one will find a solution for it.
