Your question #77038 on Ubuntu changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/77038

    Status: Open => Needs information

actionparsnip requested for more information:
its UBUNTU not UNBUNTU and is pronounced OO-BOON-TOO

If the file is anywhere then it will be in:

http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/libf/libfreebob/

i suggest you run:

sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade

Then try again. It is very rare in ubuntu to actually download apps and
99% of the time you will use repositorys (via apt-get or synaptic)

Is this how you installed Audacity?
