[Question #77206]: Is it OK to translate 'y' and 'n'

New question #77206 on jockey in ubuntu:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jockey/+question/77206

I've come across these string in Jockey:

"Please enter 'y' or 'n' and press Enter"
"y"
"n"

Is it ok to translate y and n, Danish example:

'y' (yes) -> 'j' (ja)
'n' (no) -> 'n' (nej)

If not, this should probably be filed as a bug.
