Re: [Question #77206]: Is it OK to translate 'y' and 'n'

Question #77206 on jockey in ubuntu changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jockey/+question/77206

    Status: Open => Answered

Jimmy Volatile proposed the following answer:
I do not know if it's OK by any standards, but a possible suggestion is
to simply translate it like this:

Norwegian: "Vennligst tast 'y' (ja) eller 'n' (nei) og tast deretter
Enter"

In general, it is not possible to change the actual keys used to control
an application, nor is it adviceable. By using the same shortcut and
command keys in all languages, users on non-english systems could still
use the english documentation.
