There is a message "1 not fully installed or removed" in the 3.png. This
is may be that Moblock. If you now exactly the name of the program you
can try
sudo dpkg remove-reinstreq --purge "the name of Moblock"
> remove-reinstreq - "Remove a package, even if it’s broken and marked to require reinstallation. This may, for example, cause parts of the package to remain on the system, which will then be forgotten by dpkg."
If it doesn't work try
sudo dpkg --configure -a
