Normally you should change the source-document and then create a new PDF
from that.
An other option is to install the PFD-Importer-AddOn for OpenOffice:
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/node/2586
With this one installed you can edit the document when you open it with
OpenOffice-Draw.
