You need to compile this
http://www.ralinktech.com.tw/data/drivers/2009_0612_RT3090_Linux_STA_V2.1.0.0_DPO.tar.gz
You will need:
sudo apt-get install build-essential linux-headers-`uname -r`
you will also need to recompile this source EVERYTIME you change kernel
as you will have a new set of kernel sources and a new kernel.
