Please go up to the top taskbar and click on

Applications - Accessories - Terminal

and into the terminal/command window/console try typing

free -m

and copy&paste the results into here. I think maybe your Ram is less
than your swap size so i think we may need to increase the size of your
swap. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SwapFaq

It's usually easier just to resize your partitions to make the linux-
swap partition a bit larger.
