On ubuntu 9.04
when i boot up the panel at top of the desktop doesn't appear (Empty. No icons).
It doesn't happen all the time but it's happen more often.
To get it to appear as normal, i found out that by suspending the laptop it corrects the problem.

I posted this problem before and thought it was solved by it started happening.
