If I understand correctly, you want to remove Ubuntu and install Windows
xp instead?

If so, you should not start Ubuntu, instead you should BOOT your
computer from your Windows xp CD-ROM.

To do that, first make sure the Windows xp CD-ROM is inserted in your
computer, when you turn it on. If Ubuntu starts instead of the Windows
xp installation, you must make sure to configure the BIOS so that it
attempts to boot from the Windows xp CD-ROM instead of the hard drive.
How this is done depends on your computer model, please check the manual
for your computer.
