Yes it does. They are all on the CD. They are the latest versions when
the ISO was created
Add the CD as a repo in synaptic and make sure the CD is in the tray.
You can then run:
sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install vlc
etc
Compiz may be an issue if you need extra video drivers etc.
