If you have a 32bit cpu you can ONLY use 32bit guest OSes. If you have a
64bit CPU then you will need to check that the CPU you use allows 64bit
visualization AND that the feature is enabled in the BIOS. If you have a
64bit server ISO, i suggerst you check these. You may be able to only
run a 32bit guest OS.
Why are you installing the server Ubuntu?
