New question #78163 on Ubuntu:

Either thru update manager or sudo apt-get update displays no-publc key available. Then I read already solved issue for this and tried copy what was stated and I got this:

Package medibuntu-keyring is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package medibuntu-keyring has no installation candidate
