I have a AMD 64 machine on Via K8V-VM M/B. I recently installed ubuntu 9.04 on this machine.  Everything works fine except for the display, The only resolution available is 800x600 and my monitor shown as 'unknown monitor'.  Actually mine is an 19" LCD from AOC. lspci shows the correct display chipset.  I tried with the xorg.congf, changing the driver in the DEVICE section, but no result.  Pls help...................
