[Question #78608]: trackpad not able to grab window and move about

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

1- open up a terminal
2- click it and try to move around using the trackpad, 
3- result in you only able to move it a small fraction at a time, to the location on the screen you want. 

4 - repeat using using usb/wireless mouse, no issue in moving the terminal
