belfo gave more information on the question:
well ubuntu propose me the update, i install with update manger, and
have the problem, this was yesterday.

today i install another program and it says this message.

i tried  to unistall and reinstall, but nothing change.

And finaly i use this command only to show the message to post it,
because i can't copy from update manager console
