[Question #78655]: runinng a program

Hi, I installed a program which called mpitool http://www.atv-gmbh.de/ , which I need in my work... when I try to run the program as explained in Manuel  I got the following message

IF I click on agree on the license agreement, the system hang totally.
Please Help
I just installed ubuntu 2 days ago for 1st time in my life.
so, please try to explain in a detailed way ..
