It sounds as tho you have built up enough knowledge about this to at least sart a wiki page in the official documentation - or perhaps add to an existing one if there already is something.  It's not as scary as it sounds and might help a lot more than even this question in the "Solved Answers" database

I am not sure i can help develop this any further because i have no
experience of using Vpn or anything like that but once you start-up or
add-to a page in one of those 2 official guides then you might find
other people interested in building it up too  (and able to) :))
