This is really frustrating.  Can you boot into Windows and do a
defragment?

Start button - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Windows
Defragmenter

I think it's around there somewhere.  It might take a while to run and
needs to be done on all 3(?) of the Windows 'drives'
