I found one solution to Reload the Desktop icons and the ability to
Right click on the desktop.
You Need:
The latest version of Nautilus installed
Also for some help or you can search your own way.
deskbar-applet
Solution:
Open up your Search program> Search for "nautilus" > Once you have found
it, double click on it to restart it.
Your icons and right click functions should be repaired.
