Very clearly you have a "Malformed line 31 in source list
/etc/apt/sources.list"

Look at it. You might be able to work out what the mistake in the line
is. If you can't then copy and paste your sources list here and someone
else might be able to tell you what the mistake is.

How to access and edit it?

Open a Terminal and issue the command: gksudo gedit etc/apt/sources.list
