I used to run with Ubuntu 8.10 and everything was running perfect and since I update to Ubuntu 9.04, my sound volume setting are set in Windows XP I've been updating all along so right now I have Ubuntu 9.04 Kernel 2.6.27-7, 2.6.27-11, 2.6.28-11, 2.6.28-13, 2.6.28-14, 2.6.28-15 and the only versions I can get to work is 2.6.27-7, 2.6.27-11, can somebody please help me, what is the used to update if it won't start up
