I'm not sure what the MD5 test is, that youre referring to but I'm
assuming not. I do know that when i initially booted from the live cd
just to play around, the screen was initally fuzzy in the same way as it
is now but after about 30 seconds it became normal. After having
actually installed ubuntu, its been about 24 hours and still no change
in the display. Once i switch back to vista though all is well though.
