this are first commands I ran.

Model: ATA SAMSUNG SP0802N/ (scsi)
Disk /dev/sda: 9726cyl
Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/512B
BIOS cylinder,head,sector geometry: 9726,255,63.  Each cylinder is 8225kB.
Partition Table: msdos

Number  Start   End       Size         Type             File system          Flags
 1            0cyl             9259cyl      9259cyl         primary  ext3         boot 

(parted) rescue 9261 9564                                                 
Information: A ext3 primary partition was found at 9260cyl -> 9563cyl.  Do you
