The following was done in about:config
network.http.pipelining already set to 'true'
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests already set to 8
network.http.proxy.pipelining already set to 'true'
network.dns.disableIPv6 'true'
(IPv6 already disabled in bastion firewall)
plugin.expose_full_path 'true'
nglayout.initialpaint.delay 0
content.notify.backoffcount 5
ui.submenuDelay 0
browser.cache.memory.capacity 16384
New test results Upload 3.79 Mb/s, Download 8.48 Mb/s
