Ubuntugnome thme

Hi
I have almost finished a first Version of an addon- typical gnome theme (Not that you misunderstand me: addon  theme - Not default)
Just 2 questios - this "strange" blue  (in gnome Icon)- shall that be the default ubuntugnome colour? 
Has ubuntugnome (already) a default colour?
2) where to upload  to get your opinion?
