OMG Ubuntu is very well-known of jumping and sharing information that the
official project/community did not yet announce and despite how many times,
myself and others have talked to them, they decided to ignore it and do
what they like :)

That said, I care less about them sharing that :)

What I do care about is:
What happened between us and GNOME? did they approve it? all set? what else
needed? only the official announcement?
