关于添加 GB18030 到 gedit，之前在论坛已经有过讨论：

如果默认使用 GB18030，将会对其他很多系统不兼容，所以最终仍然决定使用 UTF-8 为默认编码。

另外 gedit 提供自动编码侦测功能，目前的顺序是 "['CURRENT', 'GBK', 'UTF-8', 'UTF-16']"，由于侦测
GB18030 和 UTF-8 不准确，所以没有把 GB18030 放进去。

因此考虑 GB18030 时要慎重，多做测试。
