  The memo page and the main application interface cannot be separated

Bug description:
  I can only use the three options  at the bottom of the memo page to
  operating the memo page. In addition, the memo page and the main
  application interface cannot be separated. Once the memo page moved
  beyond the boundary of the main application interface, the memo page
  will disappear unless I restart the program.
