You don't know?

A software should not only include its code in the tarball, but also
include a COPYING file or "LICENSE".

I can only know that this is GPL licensed from the homepage, that's not
enough, see most softwares on the Internet, they all include license
file in the tarball.

I think this bug, oh, more like a task maybe better, is easy to solve.
