  程序主界面提供以“月”为单位的顺序上翻/下翻一月功能

Bug description:
  在程序主界面显示整月信息的模块左右两边分别添加“左箭头”按钮和“右箭头”按钮，用于提供以“月”为单位的顺序上翻/下翻一月功能。虽然界面已提供了选项进行月份的选择，但若能提供直观的的顺序上翻/下翻一月功能，相信能给用户带来更好的使用体验。
