Thanks for the work, I reviewed that one but it seems a bit weird, some
review comments:

- the changelog dropped entried (that might be fine)

- why does the tarball contains a non stripped "chinese-calendar"
binary?

- looks fine otherwise, it might need another review but seems fine to
upload once we get the binary-in-the-tarball issue sorted out
