Fcitx can't input Chinese words in Dash unless the length is more than

Bug description:
In the daily image(08031) of UbuntuKylin, fcitx can't input Chinese
words in Dash unless the length is more than 6 words while Fcitx works
well in other input text editor. This problem is opposite with the Bug
#1112044.
