  为 “传统节日” 添加特色界面

Bug description:
  当用户点击的某个日期或者 “今日” 为 “传统节日”
  时，界面显示与该节日相关的特色界面。中国传统节日每年都是固定的(春节、元宵节、清明节、端午节、中秋节、重阳节)，可以让美工为每个节日设计一个界面，以年为单位循环使用。
