  Note edit window is covered by the main window in normal mode

Bug description:
  In normal mode, double-click a square, the note window displays, then click the main window and the note edit window is covered by the main window.
  普通模式下，双击月历非空白方格，弹出便签编辑窗口，然后点击程序主窗口，便签会被遮挡。按照论坛中的测试内容描述，便签是不应被遮挡的。
