Bug description:
  使用 “update-manager -d -c”
  命令升级系统，升级完成后的系统无法启用中文输入法。需在“系统设置”->“语言支持”的“键盘输入方式系统”中选择“fcitx”并重启/注销系统后，才可以正常使用。
