这个与软件开发的习惯有关，确实很多软件系统开发中，如果菜单项点击后弹出对话框可以在菜单项后加上“...”让用户更加明确，不过“关于”的菜单功能基本上固定，所以现在很多软件的关于本软件菜单通常都没有加。
