Bug description:
  Dash中无法使用快捷键启用Fcitx输入法。有一种情况例外：在进入Dash页面之前刚成功完成过快捷键启用Fcitx操作(仅对Dash主页有效，其余Dash页面无论如何都无法使用快捷键启用Fcitx)。浏览器、文档等地方的Fcitx输入法启用正常。
