这应该是因为系统的“由文件管理器处理桌面”（show-desktop-icons）被设为false导致的，桌面没有“安装ubuntukylin”图标，无法使用右键，没有壁纸等问题是这个设置导致的。
Because the “show-desktop-icon”（org.gnome.desktop.background）is false.

Bug description:
  安装UbuntuKylin系统时，启动ubiquity后，默认壁纸没有生效；在安装开始时选择“试用”，发现默认壁纸是生效的。
  When install UbuntuKylin system,after start the ubiquity, the default wallpaper has no effect; Choose "try" at the beginning of the installation, found the default wallpaper is effective.
