not working, it will remove installed 32b software

  Description: UbuntuKylin Saucy Salamander (development branch)
  Release: 13.10

  1. install a fresh system
  2. update software source
  3. sudo apt-get install ia32-libs

  What you expected to happen
  ia32-libs is installed
  What happened instead
  install failed.

  since ia32-libs can't be installed, all packages depending on
  ia32-libs can't be installed, including longene wineqq2012, google
  earth, crossover and so on.
