  Default wallpaper Settings didn't take effect in livecd

Bug description:
  安装UbuntuKylin系统时，启动ubiquity后，默认壁纸没有生效；在安装开始时选择“试用”，发现默认壁纸是生效的。
  When install UbuntuKylin system,after start the ubiquity, the default wallpaper has no effect; Choose "try" at the beginning of the installation, found the default wallpaper is effective.
