我的意思是在支持系统代理外，还应该有自己独立的代理功能。
例如程序A需要中国代理、程序B需要美国代理、程序C需要内网代理。。。若没有各自的独立代理设置的话这些程序是没法同时使用的，而且要不断切换更改代理。
系统代理应该支持，但还不够。
